Introducing Mindful Mudra Flow—a series of live, 1-on-1 online yoga sessions specifically designed for beginners who are ready to take charge of their well-being. These sessions are crafted to effectively reduce stress and alleviate pain through gentle poses and mudras. If you're a newcomer to yoga or desire a more nurturing approach, this is the perfect opportunity to start your journey.
I will conduct live sessions every sunday for two months. To maximize the benefits of yoga and establish consistency, I expect participants to commit to practicing regularly—ideally at least two additional times each week outside of our sessions. You will receive a comprehensive guidance brochure and a practice tracker to facilitate your progress at your own pace. We will connect on Discord to discuss our advancements, fostering a strong sense of accountability and community.
